Mental Health Services
Individuals with a diagnosed serious mental illness may obtain CMHA Mental Health Services, which include group home and Homelessness Initiative housing, through a referral to the Chatham-Kent ACCESS Committee. Referral forms are available at the offices of any of the three community mental health care providers, CMHA, the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance Mental Health Clinic, and the PACT Team. Anyone can make a referral for services.

Bereavement Resource Program
The education and support services of this United Way funded program are available to anyone in the community. Contact the Bereavement Resource Program Coordinator for further information about support groups, counseling, and workshops.

Promotion Education Program
The services of this United Way funded program are available to anyone in the community. Contact the Promotion Education Program Coordinator for further information about educational/support groups and other educational opportunities.

Volunteer Program
All community agencies rely on the hard work of volunteers. To become a CMHA volunteer, contact the Volunteer Coordinator.
